GMC dealer

I never leave bad reviews but this time my hands are tied. I am not pleased with any service this dealership provides.The sales department to begin with, even though we live 5 minutes away from this one, i went all the way to Terrebonne to buy my Chevrolet Camaro and the Denali Ultimate that i own. Simply better prices better customer service.The service, oh boy. I went in to get my 2017 Camaro repaired, gear shift, a sensor issue which happens to be a reoccurring problem with the Camaros and also to get my second keys programmed because they weren't syncd with the car. Even though i don’t have a warranty i expected some sort of leniency on the pricing since this is a manufacturers problem and maybe good customer service? But i was expecting too much.It took them almost an hour to come up with the conclusion that the keys i brought in do not belong to a Camaro but to a Blazer. Another 45 mins to figure out what i had known.Not only did they charge me over 200$ for just the diagnostics but also quoted me 900$ for the sensor issue?? 5 Hour of labour quoted? For what? This is ridiculous. They seriously just try to take advantage of people that are not as knowledgable with cars and charge them these extra fees that add up. I have already gotten better quotes and different solutions that don’t require even half of the amount they’re asking for.If you do not have thorough knowledge on cars or how they function in general i recommend you do NOT go here for any type of service because you are bound to get ripped off.

The salesperson was nice and they made the buying process simple. Unfortunately, the car they assured me was in good condition required almost $2,000 worth of repairs. I signed the As-is" declaration so they declined to help. My recommendation is to shop with caution. Remember: caveat emptor."

We had to stop on our trip as our check engine light came on and they were so helpful and kind. Len the service manager was fantastic

I would like to give the Driving Force Leduc location a glowing review, most especially for Jeanine at the front desk. There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and another branch at first, but when I was connected to Jeanine, she lent me a sympathetic and understanding ear. She quickly fixed the situation and got me the vehicle I needed, which is such a relief! I am so happy I got her on the phone when I needed help. Jeanine is such a credit to her company - I can only wish that all businesses have a Jeanine working the front desk and telephones for them. Thank you!

This review is specifically about Ed Wiens and the body shop:I had a wildlife claim early Dec. Never thought about bringing my Honda to a Chevy dealership. But once the adjuster saw my car, other local shops were quite busy, so I tried Shoreside on a whim. So glad I did! Ed was prompt and communicated clearly each step of the way. However the most impressive part is the final repair!Now, I've had my trusty old Civic fixed up before at a handful of body shops over the years, but I could still tell where certain damage used to be because it wouldn't quite line up perfectly or I'd have to pop things back in place from time to time. Stuff you just live with as your economy car gets old, ya know?Well, let me tell you, after Ed Wiens was finished with my car, the deer claim was fixed, sure, but all those other little problems were corrected too! Ed's expertise and attention to detail made my car look and feel a decade newer. Wow!Thanks Ed!

Brought my new vehicle for electronic issue, but unfortunately it wasn't resolved. My car was in this location from 8:00am till 4:30pm. Beside the disappointment that the problem remains, I have to admit the pleasant welcome from the staff. I got very fast Uber drive from the dealership to my place and back.
